terms of service
by commissioning me, you agree to the following :
✦ i offer only digital illustrations as part of my services.
✧ i, as the artist, reserve the rights and ownership over my artwork.
✦ i reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.
✧ my artwork is for personal or private use only. commercial use is not permitted.
✦ my artwork will not be used in any blockchain-related technology, including cryptocurrency, NFTs or any future inventions in the space, nor will it be used in any AI-training datasets.
process & payment details :
✦ i will only accept full payment via Paypal invoice in USD ( $ ).
✧ do not send the payment until i give the go-ahead.
✦ no deadlines, but the commissioner may provide a certain timeframe in which they want their commission to be completed. it is not guaranteed, but i will try my best.
✧ please note that i have a personal life outside of commissions, and artworks may take anywhere from one week to three months to be completed depending on available time and frequency of responses from the commissioner.
✦ if i am unable to continue with the commission, i will provide a refund based on the progress of the artwork.
✧ no chargebacks or paypal disputes. simply contact me for a discussion if you want a refund.
✦ those who perform a chargeback will be blacklisted and prohibited from commissioning me.
✧ discussions and progress shots will be exchanged in direct messages or e-mails.
✦ once the artwork has reached the rendering stage, any large changes will be subject to a charge. small changes will be done for free.
✧ once completed, the full version of the artwork with the artist's watermark or signature will be sent via direct messages or e-mail.
✦ private commissions wherein the commissioner does not wish to have their commissioned artworks to be posted and their names not publicly disclosed will incur an additional fee.
✧ you as the customer are not required to pay for the PayPal fee.
